Happy Sunday! Be the herald of hope!
Otherwise known as 'Rejoice Sunday' we are praying that you are rediscovering the beauty of this holy day, created by God. The purpose of this blog
is to rediscover in us the love of God as found in each and every Sunday. This love then extends into the full week changed by our trasnformation through Sunday worship. Many people are seeking a space to answer the deepest longings of
the heart, which as we know is found in Jesus Christ. Unless we make the time to listen to God in prayer that search will be filled with additional obstacles.
Which questions are guiding your yearnings, your hopes, your deepest
desires?
How are we entering into each Sunday?
Are there distinctive ways we live Sunday that are set apart in our lives?
How are you preparing to meet God, today?
How will I celebrate the
upcoming Easter Sunday 2013 and each Sunday to follow?
As Catholics, this time of Lent has our eyes on Rome where we are praying for the Holy Spirit to fill the hearts and minds of each Cardinal elector who will elect the next Holy Father.
Sunday may be a time to learn more about the faith through the excellent resources available in the Catholic media: Catholic TV, EWTN and The Good Catholic Life. Sunday may be a time to reach out to those with whom there has been a lapse in communication.
Be the herald of hope this Sunday! Give that which we have received.
Christ, our Shepherd sought out those lost, those marginalized and those in sin. Is our life, reflecting the light of the Gospel truth? Will we be found living
in the radience of forgiveness, free of judgement and extending an invitation to others to return to the sacaraments?
So, let us pray for one another this fourth Sunday of Lent and Reclaim Sunday. Check out the tab for 'Stations
of the Cross' and 'Prayers.'
Peace!
