Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time- July 5, 2020
Happy Sunday! The common good and solidarity are parts of Catholic Social Teaching. The church shows up where there is profound need. This weekend we give thanks for our nation, freedom to worship, and for all those who have served or are now serving to protect our country. Priest chaplains are the light that pierce many a darkness. Priests who have braved to minister to those during the pandemic are also Christ’s soldiers. May we thank God for sending us his son Jesus Christ to save us. Do not be afraid, JPII would say often! Our mission field awaits to carry the good news of eternal life! God bless America! Peace!
