Happy Sunday!

Trinity Sunday carries a depth to our one God in Father, Son and Holy Spirit. St.Patrick is said to have used the shamrock to illustrate the Trinity.  Our Father generates life in us thru his son in the Holy Spirit.  Were we to see that we are vessels of his spirit we may take better care of ourselves and those around us.  Honestly getting to Mass every Sunday is our hope of fulfillment to this life through all evidence of our failing. Instead of seeing the sum total of our vulnerabilities we could see the 'hand of God' at work, breathing into us the new life in his Spirit thru the sacrifice of his son is salvation the days would be transcendently hopeful.  A priest understands the brevity of life and pressing mission at hand.  Trinity Sunday allows us readiness for next week's Corpus Christi Sunday.  This is the true presence.  Wishing God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit a Happy Father's Day and thanks for all he is preparing us to receive.  Lord, look after all those who are in need of your care.

I do appreciate your way of evangelization in this year of Faith. On the day of Lord, let us do those that foster our relation with him: mass, scripture reading

Studying in Jerusalem several years ago, I was very moved by the power the Sabbath has to reclaim and rejuvenate lives of believers, a time for complete rest.
