Fifth Sunday of Easter, May 19th, 2019

Happy Sunday!

We hear in today's Gospel of John to 'Love one another.'  So it is in this season of priestly Ordination when the will of God comes to fulfillment in the life-time witness to a priest to the beloved church.  In a blaze of illuminosity the light of the risen Lord casts out the darkness as new bearers of heavenly mercy, Jesus Christ!  No less in the distance are the parents and family and parish priests who have nurtured the sprout of vocation now fully realized.  May we pray in Thanksgiving unceasingly this Sunday for all the new ordained, their mentors, parents, formators and, God parents and parish communities fostering vocations.  A new day has dawned.  Let us rejoice and be glad!

I do appreciate your way of evangelization in this year of Faith. On the day of Lord, let us do those that foster our relation with him: mass, scripture reading
