Sixth Sunday in Ordinary Time- February 17th, 2019
Happy Sunday, Blessed are the poor in spirit we hear today. How is it that our Lord speaks a loving language of beauty, truth and goodness to draw us to his sacred heart? He works common people and materials to reach the furthest margins. Mary was poor yet so was St. Bernadette, Joan of Arc, St. Maria Goretti, St. Jacinta, St. Rita and St. Clare too. God, however, is always present. Draw us, Lord to your beauty in creation and the newness into which you call us all. Restore family life to know you. Strengthen us to keep going to follow your light. Keep the models of the saints in our view who lived focused on your will. Thank-you for every Sunday, Lord. Peace!
