Thirteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time- July 1, 2018

Happy Sunday!

Thank-you, Jesus for leaving us the Eucharist where we are in Thanksgiving.

Thank-you, Jesus for the Church where sinners are welcomed for second chances.

Thank-you, Jesus for children the sign the faith goes on.

Thank-you, Holy Spirit for interceding in our prayer to God when this life deals with violence, war, and poverty.

Thank-you God for the gift of faith, for the healing you continue to bestow and most of all for love.

This Sunday we hear of the restorative healing of two-a woman who sought medical cures yet the need persisted and a young girl who had fallen asleep or into illness. The Gospel truth breaks into these moments for a new life!  This Sunday have you seen signs of new life in Christ?
