Happy Sunday!
Love another as God is love.
Remain in my love.
His joy is ours.
Laying down our lives enable to witness to love.
Where have you seen love today?
Where has God's Providence been sensed in your day?
Seeing a sick parent still offering a listening ear, is love.
Seeing an elderly neighbor stop walking to ask the children about the game they are playing, is love.
Stopping to engage in a conversation on a busy day, is love.
Smiling at someone who is unkind to you is a loving response.
Taking to prayer a
hurt in the world like poverty, war, violence and all forms of degradation is an act of loving goodness.
Laying one's life down is literally done in an Ordination mass and final vows to religious life. Seeing
friend do this is a special moment of nuptials of a different kind. The bridegroom is at their side as they commit to him and all that means.
God, help us with renewed passion for you.
Thank-you for laying down your life on the cross.
Help us on the way home.
Show us the way.
Instill
the love of a sacred heart for all those we encounter.
Mary, mother of all, pray for us!
Peace!
