Reclaim Sunday Weekly Blog

Happy 5th Anniversary Reclaim!!-Fourth Sunday...
Happy Sunday! Happy 5th Anniversary! In the church we are people of scripture and tradition. Today parishes under the patronage of St. Thomas Aquinas celebrate the angelic doctor's feast day. He was said to have written the Summa and said 'All that I have written is but straw to me.' His contributions were tested over time. This week celebrates the 5th Anniversary of living the resurrection of Sunday and posting a message to bring hope found in a life of faith centered on the Eucharist! Each week a blog post on an aspect of living as a disciple is shared along with supplemental posts on prayer and the beauty of this world! Did we know if it would extend past the initial class project? No, but we went ahead bringing the glory of God to the web! Now over 140,000 visitors have come to the site!! Thanks for sharing the link and engaging friends in thinking about living Sunday as the 'little Easter it is!' Our world has many challenges, yet sustained by the Eucharist nothing can separate us from the love of God, especially lived on Sundays! May you celebrate with us and write a comment or share on social media to cast the net further? We thank God for the freedom to worship in America and openly live our faith! We also pray in solidarity with those who who have gone before us. Don't be discouraged, but believe in the Holy will of God for a more excellent way to live! So, Happy Anniversary! St. Thomas Aquinas, pray for us! Peace!

I do appreciate your way of evangelization in this year of Faith. On the day of Lord, let us do those that foster our relation with him: mass, scripture reading

Studying in Jerusalem several years ago, I was very moved by the power the Sabbath has to reclaim and rejuvenate lives of believers, a time for complete rest.
