Fourth Week in Ordinary Time- January 29, 2017

Happy Sunday!

We awaken to the fourth week in Ordinary Time hearing the Gospel of the Beatitudes.  From where does our help come?  It comes from The Lord!  We petition The Lord on our knees to still the hearts of the faithful with a drop of Heaven in the holy name of , Jesus!

Jesus, our Lord and life!

Jesus, our protector!

Jesus, our shelter from the stormy blast!

Jesus, our friend and brother!

Jesus, Lamb of the Living God!

Jesus, sustenance for those naked and persecuted!

Jesus, Word of Life!

Jesus, Advocate for the oppressed!

Jesus, Counselor to the doubtful!

Jesus, Shepherd of Souls!

Jesus, we are here.  We implore you to harden not our hearts but embolden us to serve in this era with the courage of the Saints.  Raise up generous and holy priests, families, marriages and witnesses.  Shelter us in the warmth of your wing as we trod onward to Heaven our eternal home!
