Twenty fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time- September 18, 2016

Happy Sunday!

From 'Communion of the Sick:'

"How can we go wrong when we give ourselves over to the care of Jesus?  The Lord who lived and died and rose to life again tells us that he is leading us step by step to the Father.  The body and Blood of Jesus heal us, pardon our sins, and give us nourishment on the way.  Jesus assures us that we will live forever with God and our joy will be complete.  Glory and praise to Our Lord Jesus Christ who leads us carefully to our Father."  P. 35.

May we pray for the blessing of true friendship.  Lord, forget us not but in your mercy hear our prayer.
