Happy Sunday!
When did Sunday open a new way of living for you? In rereading Rose Kennedy's autobiography 'Times to Remember,' she alludes to the seedbed of faith
beyond the rock foundation of Sundays:
After neighborhood walks with the children, "Almost always on the way home, we stopped at our parish church. Part of the reason was that I wanted them to understand,
from early age, that church isnt't just something for Sundays and special times on the calendar but should be part of daily life." Cultivating a relationship with Christ is one of friendship for a lifetime to sustain in every circumstance.
Like today's 23rd Psalm:
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. In verdant pastures he gives me repose; beside restful waters he leads me; he refreshes my soul."
How often are we turning toward God each day? Are we ready to accept his way, truth and life?
Peace!
