April 5th, 2015-Easter Sunday

Happy Easter Sunday!

He is risen!

May this Easter Sunday have us like the young attendee at the Easter Vigil who called out, "Yeah!!" following the last reading of the Old Testament, when altar candles are lit and the Gloria is sung with bells ringing since Lent! To which the celebrant reminded everyone... The Easter Vigil is joyful and a sound of the festivity held in the night of all nights where old is made new.  The packed church also made a collective sound when the child's joy perhaps communicated an experience all were living.

As the seventeen newly baptized could hear...a spontaneous shout of joy is a manifestation of the deep waters of new life, font of eternal life,.

Come to the waters!  Come enter in!  On this day of resurrection may the transfigured wounds of our savior tell of his limitless mercy.  Come to the way, the truth and the life!

We are moving forward toward the heavenly Jerusalem.

Let us be on our way!

I do appreciate your way of evangelization in this year of Faith. On the day of Lord, let us do those that foster our relation with him: mass, scripture reading

Studying in Jerusalem several years ago, I was very moved by the power the Sabbath has to reclaim and rejuvenate lives of believers, a time for complete rest.
