August 25th-Twenty First Sunday in Ordinary Time

Happy Sunday!

Welcome to! Sunday affords an opportunity for time with the Lord.  When is the last time you recalled where you were baptized? Or the names of your Godparents? Or where your parents were married?  Once it was encouraged we know the dates of our baptism as readily as our birthdays.  For on that day we became new creations in Christ.  Through regular participation in the Sacrament of Confession we progress in our spiritual lives.  When you are able consider locating your baptisimal certificate to look up the date of your baptism.  Let us thank God for our creating us anew and instilling in each person a desire to follow him in love.  Check out the 'Resource' tab for a link on the 8th Day, Sunday.  May we continue to ask God to strengthen us for a life of unity in the Gospel truth.
