Happy Sunday!
Waiting can be difficult. We wait for any number of thresholds-a baby to arrive, graduation day, dinner to be ready to eat, the new neighbors to move in,
for Spring to arrive or for love to bloom and so we wait with yearning hearts. The great wait is for Christ to come again. Soon he will come, like a thief in the night we hear today. Meanwhile we prepare living in joyful expectation loving our
friends, caring for those he sends to accompanying and looking to our Blessed Mother Mary who was the fullness of grace in the waiting posture. Let us be of consolation that God breathed into each the breath of life to reach an ailing world so lost in
commercialism that Sunday has become another shopping day. At Reclaimsunday.net we are praying that all visitors may be strengthened to wait before the decorating, to wait and to TRUST GOD in the diversity of our waiting, he STIRS within!
The union of God and man began with creation of a magnificent world. May we find a gift in the gestation of a new life in him! Mary has her hands opened to receive the will of the father.Advent open hands prepares us for who he will send, light
eternal!
Peace!
