Happy Sunday!
The Gospel raises a question to reflect upon:
Who do we say Jesus is today?
Even during these warm summer days this sight serves that God's reign covers all time- past, present and future.
Before we knew him, he had knit us in our mother's womb. While we rest along the shore or in the mountains God has all we need to keep the fire of faith alive in the seasons to come. He is the first mover. He awaits us in our hearts, homes and heads. On the most arduous journey he awaits ready to feed us in the Eucharist, clothe us in his word and free us in a worshipping community of faiithful disciples. Keep going! Let us thank God for laboring for our salvation, even during the summer. Lord Jesus lead us in the ways of peace!
Peace!
