Happy Sunday!
This Sunday we hear in the Gospel of Matthew of the temptation of Christ by the devil which aides to strengthen us on the way. Our savior faced the depths of darkness, and fortified by God is able to turn from the tendrils
of the snare. Sundays offer us the water of new life in hearing the word of God and receiving the Eucharist. If we are awakened or have been away from the sacraments, it is NEVER to late to return. The lamb of God enters into every human
condition to be the light of HOPE, the air of TRUTH, and the warrior who reaches out to take us by the hand that we may be SAVED! There are many competing voices that accentuate the fall, yet in the Mass we gather as a risen community to meet Christ
in the Eucharist. Confession restores our fractured lives to intimacy to our heavenly savior. He calls each of us into intimacy. He knows us. He created us and desires our healing restoration and happiness. We are called to rise
and begin anew! Listen to your heart and know the savior awaits.
Peace!
